Summary
Description
All participants must register and sign/read waiver in order to participate in the event. This will be an intermediate ride with a elevation and a minimum of eight miles of cycling. Please plan ahead, know your ability level, and bring the apporpiate clothing. We will have a limited amount of bikes including handcycles, recumbent trikes, and gravel/mtb bikes available for participants.
Who can attend?: Individuals with physical disabilities, their family and support members, community members, volunteers and community partners.
Expectations: Must be able to self-transfer up or down by 12+ inches; must wear a helmet at all times when riding a bike; waiver must be signed for every participant;
How should I dress & things to bring? : Please wear moisture wicking and comfortable clothing, closed toe shoes and bring riding gear.
Participants are recommended to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and hat for practice.
Timeliness: All participants, volunteers, and community partners are expected to register for each event, be respectful, and ride in a safe manner. Please notify staff in case of cancellation, running late, or any other event.
