Hoedown Hill Ski Program VOLUNTEER TRAINING (Windsor) - Colorado
Location
1781 RainDance Nat'l Dr
Windsor, CO 80550
Description
Join Adaptive Adventures for Volunteer Training for the 2026 Alpine Ski & Snowboard Program at Hoedown Hill in Windsor, CO. This training prepares volunteers to support individuals with physical disabilities in adaptive skiing and snowboarding at a convenient location just off I-25—no lift lines, no ski lifts, and no mountain traffic.
Volunteers will learn the fundamentals of adaptive skiing and snowboarding support in a fun, supportive, and hands-on environment. Whether you’re new to adaptive snow sports or returning to build your skills and confidence, our team will provide the training, guidance, and resources needed to safely and effectively support participants on the snow.
This is our second year partnering with Hoedown Hill, and volunteer training capacity is limited. Training and program support will take place on Thursdays beginning January 29, with two evening time blocks: 5:00–6:30 PM and 7:00–8:30 PM.
Volunteer training is provided at no cost. Due to limited capacity, space may be limited and a waitlist is possible. Please complete the interest form below, and our team will follow up with next steps and scheduling details.
Scheduling is dependent on several factors, including snow conditions, program needs, staff availability, and adaptive equipment requirements.
