Team Blue Dragon Boat Racing Program - Phoenix, AZ

A fun, yet challenging day on the water, open and inclusive for civilian and veterans. A day full of adaptive dragon boat racing that celebrates community, partner collaboration and pushing to thrive. Who can attend?: Registered participants, including civilians living with a physical disability, veterans, and families or caregivers. Expectations: Must be able to self-transfer up or down by 12+ inches; must be comfortable in group spaces and noise; must be 18 years or older to participate. How should I dress? Please comfortable clothes suitable to physical activity on the water, knowing you can and might get wet, and closed toe shoes. What should I bring? Participants are recommended to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and hat. Timeliness: All participants, volunteers, and community partners are expected to register for each event, arrive on time, and be ready for program start. Please notify staff in case of cancellation, running late, or any other event.
