Join National Climbing Manager, Craig DeMartino for a basic introduction to hangboarding. This session will teach you how to build up finger strength and help promote longevity of finger and hand health. Craig will provide a Q&A session at the end. No climbing experience necessary.

Benefits of rock climbing include physical and mental aspects such as practice of fine motor skills, coordination of movements, balance, and core control as well as problem solving and mental focus. We will focus on every participant as an individual and encourage each climber to push their unique and personal comfort zones. All participants are welcome regardless of age, gender, or ability.

 

**Participants must be able to follow directions and effectively communicate with or without assistance provided by themselves to be eligible for Adaptive Adventures programs**
