Title Sponsor $5,000 - Three (3) foursomes, name integrated into event title and promotional pieces, premier signage at the event, two (2) hole sponsorships, recognition at dinner, and one year sponsorship recognition on Adaptive Adventures website.

Dinner Sponsor $4,000 - Two (2) foursomes, signage and recognition at dinner, two (2) hole sponsorships, and one year sponsorship recognition on Adaptive Adventures website.
