VA Pacific Islands Health Care Cycling Clinic Series - Hawaii

**By clicking the "register" button, you will be APPLYING for a position to this clinic series and will automatically be placed on the Waiting List. Due to the limited number of spots available (8 total participants per group and location), your application will be reviewed by the Adaptive Adventures staff who will then get in contact with you if you have been selected**

We will practice social distancing- which is easy on bikes, and when within 6’ or less, you will be expected to wear a mask, regardless of immunization or not. We will also amend our original schedule to add more locations to be easier to access our opportunities to receive training and recreation opportunities. This kick off of the new to Oahu Ohana has been overwhelming and we will find the best ways to navigate as much outreach as possible with limited equipment and group size limitations. We shall grow this together! 

Come join Adaptive Adventures at different locations around Oahu, Hawaii for this amazing new Adaptive Cycling Community Kick-off and training! This series of 3-day camp series includes top-level adaptive coaches and sport specialists, VA Staff to provide an opportunity to learn adaptive cycling, adaptations, positive health goals, and and a great way to improve your skills while having a great time in Oahu!

This clinic series is open to any level of fitness or need for adaptation for disability who are at an ANY level beginner to expert.

Timeline of events available from 16-24 August that shift locations between JBPHH, Millilani, Kiluah with the new trailer built with care for the island of Oahu Adaptive Community Program. This serves your VA Pacific Islands Health Care System and those is the community having a physical disability. We need 2 wheel bike fanatics that want to increase mechanical and medical adaptation leadership knowledge, and those wishing to help guide our many great veterans building within this program.
