We have joined forces to bring you a revolving wheel of workouts. Each week we will switch between At Home Tone, Get Fit with HIT, and Paddle Sports Workout. Join your community and the Adaptive Adventures staff for a great workout and a fun variety of activities.

Challenge your muscles with a new adaptive workout each week. Join a variety of Adaptive Adventures staff as they lead you in unique workouts that are designed to challenge you and improve your health and fitness. Each week a different staff member will teach one of their classes. The classes in rotation will be Stretching & Core, Stay Fit with HIIT, Functional Training, At Home Tone, and Basic Physical Conditioning. January 5: Stretching and Core with Craig & Cyndy DeMartino - Join us for a fun-filled core and stretching class where we will begin with simple stretches intended to increase flexibility and then focus on strengthening our abdominal muscles. 

January 12: Stay Fit with HIIT with Jourdan Thunberg - grab your wrist weights and resistance bands as we work through a full body, high intensity interval workout.  We will rotate through cardio, strength, and core exercises during this class.

January 19: Functional Training with Dan Loch - grab your resistance bands and find an anchor point.  We will work through a full body workout by attaching our resistance bands to high or low anchors.

January 26: Basic Physical Conditioning with Craig & Cyndy DeMartino - Join us for a fun-filled core and stretching class where we will begin with simple stretches intended to increase flexibility and then focus on strengthening our abdominal muscles.

February 2: At Home Tone with Greg Zbrzezny - grab your resistance bands for a full body workout that will work on toning your muscles.

February 9: Stretching & Core with Craig & Cyndy DeMartino - Join us for a fun-filled core and stretching class where we will begin with simple stretches intended to increase flexibility and then focus on strengthening our abdominal muscles.

February 16: Functional Training with Dan Loch - grab your resistance bands and find an anchor point.  We will work through a full body workout by attaching our resistance bands to high or low anchors.
