Challenge your muscles with a new adaptive workout each week. Join a variety of Adaptive Adventures staff as they lead you in unique workouts that are designed to challenge you and improve your health and fitness. Each week a different staff member will teach one of their classes. The classes in rotation will be Stretching & Core, Stay Fit with HIIT, Functional Training, At Home Tone, and Basic Physical Conditioning. See below for the class rotation schedule. March 23: Stretching and Core with Craig & Cyndy DeMartino - Join us for a fun-filled core and stretching class where we will begin with simple stretches intended to increase flexibility and then focus on strengthening our abdominal muscles.
April 6: General Fitness w/ Cyndy DeMartino - Grab your wrist weights, light dumb bells, cans of soup or nothing at all for this general fitness workout.
