Summary

Buddy the ELF!! Come join our indoor spin class! Our fleet of bikes have turned stationary for the winter! Just because it’s cold outside doesn't mean we can't ride. Bring your own bike, or ride one from our fleet.

Description

Elf themed indoor spin

Join us for a fun spin class as we enjoy the classic holiday movie Elf! This ride will take us from the North Pole, through the seven levels of the candy cane forest, past the sea of twirly swirly gumdrops, and then through the Lincoln tunnel! We’ll work on our fitness and get a head start on those resolutions all while having fun and smiling! (Smiling is my  favorite!) So don’t be a cotton headed ninny muggins and help us crank out some holiday cheer!

P.S. B.Y.O.S. - Bring Your Own Syrup

Short Description:

Whether you are an experienced or a new rider, we can ride together without the feeling of being concerned or overwhelmed. Our team will help you find your rhythm, preparing you for a fun spring and summer season of trail, road, and adventure rides. Big screen ride videos, good music, and class instructors will make you feel alive and energized. Come ecercise and join a great community. Family, friends, and caregivers are welcome to join (available cycles will be provided to participants with disabilities first - depending on class size, there may or may not be enough for guests to ride).
