Summary

Volunteer Training for volunteers supporting the Alpine Program offering at Wilmot.

Description

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our Alpine Program offerings at Wilmot. Join Adaptive Adventures and Adaptive Mobility Providers for volunteer training at Wilmot Mountain Resort for the Midwest Ski & Snowboard Program. Come get hands-on experience analyzing our adaptive equipment, the athletes who will use it, and how to make it all work properly. After spending some time indoors we'll head outside to work on lesson progressions and other practical applications.

Please sign up for as many training sessions as you would like. This is a great time to practice and develop your own sliding skills in a guided group setting and then break off into smaller groups to practice using the various pieces of adaptive equipment.

This year, we are offering programs on Mondays and Wednesdays in three timeslots: 10:00am-1:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm and 6:00pm-9:00pm. Program Days are Mondays and Wednesdays: 1/13, 1/15, 1/22, 1/27, 1/29, 2/3, 2/5, 2/10, 2/12, 2/19, 2/24 and 2/26. We need volunteer support for all days and time slots.
