Description
Adaptive Adventures will be providing services at the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic from March 30 to April 5th. This event is hosted by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and Disabled American Veterans.
Adaptive Adventures' staff will be assisting with instruction of participants alongside the VA staff. Adaptive Adventures will be assisting on the slopes, on our portable climbing wall, and cycling on the trails.
World-class instructors help Veterans achieve their maximum potential based on their unique capabilities. Along the way, it’s introduced dozens of Veterans to future glory as Paralympic athletes. The five-day event is sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and DAV (Disabled American Veterans), with financial assistance from corporate sponsors and individual donors. Held in Snowmass (near Aspen), Colorado, participants experience:
