Description
***This program is by application only and attendee's must have climbed with us previously. Registration will be closed when we reach capacity of 8 climbers.***
We’ve been busy planning and are thrilled to invite you to an exciting outdoor adventure at the Red River Gorge this September! Join us for a 5-day climbing clinic from September 22-26, designed to foster community, sharpen your climbing skills, and provide a truly memorable experience in one of nature’s most stunning landscapes.
Our schedule features two days of climbing, with a scenic hiking day in between. The hike offers a chance to take in the gorge’s breathtaking waterfalls and natural arches, serving as a perfect “rest” day to soak in the beauty and recharge. Whether you’re a seasoned climber or new to the sport, this is an opportunity to challenge yourself, connect with others, and explore.
Adaptive Adventures will provide two dinners—on arrival day and the final evening of climbing—while participants are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and food (except where noted). We’ll have climbing gear available for the group and are here to support everyone on their climbing journey.
Here’s the schedule:
- Sept. 22: Arrive at the campground or cabin; enjoy a group dinner prepared by AA and me!
- Sept. 23: 9 AM departure for climbing; return by 5 PM
- Sept. 24: 10 AM departure for a scenic hike; return by 2 PM
- Sept. 25: 9 AM departure for climbing; return by 5 PM. Closing celebration dinner provided by AA.
- Sept. 26: Departure day
Please reach out with any questions!
We will be accepting applications via email at craig@adaptiveadventures.org or cyndy.demartino@adaptiveadventures.org until the program is at capacity of 8 climbers.
