Volunteer Orientation - Outside Festival and Summit 2025

THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS!

We are so excited for a fun-packed weekend at Outside Festival 2025! The festival takes place in Civic Center Park over Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st.

We are asking all our registered volunteers to attend this brief orientation to receive your volunteer schedule and swag, meet some staff members you'll be working with, and familiarize yourself with the faces you'll be engaging with all weekend long! 

This volunteer orientation is mandatory for Outside Festival registered volunteers. 
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please email nicki.schiller@adaptiveadventures.org to discuss alternate options for you to receive your orientation materials. We strongly encourage making a best attempt to attend the scheduled, in-person orientation.

Reminder: All volunteers who serve at least one shift will receive FREE entry to Outside Festival 2025.
